Who is responsible

Brandon Huston operates this website. Mailing address: 22425 Rickard RD, Bend, OR 97702.

Contact joyabundancegrowth@gmail.com about your information or email choices.

When you ask about work

The request form collects your email address, your name if you provide it, your selected request category, and your message. If you choose permission for a reply, Brandon can use those details to respond and discuss the work you asked about. Asking about work does not subscribe you to ongoing emails. Request details are encrypted in the application database and can be read through Brandon’s protected request queue. The application also records your email address and a request reference with Resend, separately from any topic subscription.

Please leave out passwords, customer information, and private business records. If we decide to work together, we will agree on how to share any access or documents the work needs.

When you choose ongoing emails

The optional topics are Business strategy, AI, and work with founders; Creative projects, personal notes, and experiments; and Gnothia readings, releases, and invitations. If you request a confirmation email, the selected topics stay pending until you review them and choose the confirmation button. Opening a page or following a link does not subscribe you. We record the selected topics, permission to reply, the wording you were shown, the request reference, and the dates and status of your choices. We also record the email provider’s contact reference and synchronization status. These records let us apply your choices and keep withdrawn or blocked topics out of ongoing emails.

The services used to run this website

Railway

Railway hosts this website and its application database. The database stores encrypted request details, consent and withdrawal records, delivery-attempt references, and email-block records on persistent storage. Brandon reads submitted requests through a password-protected queue over HTTPS.

Resend

Resend is the selected email provider. The application uses Resend to send approved confirmation emails, record contact and request references, apply confirmed topic choices, and process delivery and unsubscribe status. A request-only contact record does not grant permission for ongoing emails. The application’s 30-day request-detail cleanup does not remove contact or delivery records held by Resend.

Gmail

Replies and privacy questions go to joyabundancegrowth@gmail.com. Google’s Gmail service handles the correspondence sent to that address. The application’s request-detail cleanup does not delete email conversations from this inbox.

Website and delivery information

The application uses your email address to create a keyed fingerprint for matching requests, limiting repeated submissions, and honoring email blocks. Confirmation and preferences links use random tokens; the database stores hashes of those tokens. The application records request timestamps, delivery-attempt outcomes, provider contact references, and signed delivery or unsubscribe events needed to manage email status. Hosting and email providers also process technical information, which may include IP addresses, to operate and protect their services. Provider-held information is handled under their own processing and retention practices.

How long information is kept

Request details

Encrypted request details are due for removal 30 days after the request is received. Cleanup runs when the application starts and every six hours while it is running, removing records that are due. This cleanup applies to the application database; it does not delete email correspondence, Resend contact records, or provider logs and backups.

Confirmation links

A confirmation link expires 24 hours after the request. Successful confirmation consumes the token. The cleanup routine clears expired pending confirmation-token hashes. Link expiry does not by itself remove the request, consent record, or provider-held information.

Preferences links

A preferences link expires seven days after it is issued. Full unsubscribe consumes that preferences session. Session records may remain after the link expires; expiry prevents further access through that link.

Consent, withdrawal and operational records

We retain consent and withdrawal receipts, email topic state, delivery-attempt references, provider synchronization records, and cleanup-run records as needed to apply email choices and maintain a record of how requests were handled. These records remain after request-detail removal and do not have a fixed automatic deletion date.

We retain a keyed fingerprint of an email address and the reason for its block as needed to honor an unsubscribe, complaint, or bounce. These suppression records do not have a fixed automatic deletion date. Removing request details does not remove an email block.

Changing your choices

Use the unsubscribe or preferences link in an email to stop ongoing emails or change topics. You can unsubscribe without creating an account. To stop a conversation about an open request, tell Brandon in that conversation or contact joyabundancegrowth@gmail.com.

Contact joyabundancegrowth@gmail.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you shared. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting. An email-block record may need to remain so an unsubscribe can continue to be honored.

Gnothia and other linked sites

If you choose the free Opening, you continue on Gnothia and provide reading details there. This website’s request form does not collect the birth details used for a reading. Gnothia’s privacy notice explains how it handles information collected on Gnothia. Visiting Gnothia does not subscribe you to Brandon’s ongoing emails here.

Updates
